We helped our client see the potential of a dilapidated and boarded-up building on 912 Wealthy Street, as part of the up-and-coming Wealthy Street Business District. The client’s goals: work close to home, be part of a community, and keep her investment affordable.
From tax credits, to remediation grants, to zoning—we guided the entire process and aligned resources with the Historic Preservation Commission and Past Perfect to ensure historically accurate renovations. From site selection to build out, the project was completed in just 15 months. The result is a home-like space that inspires creative thinking.
